Design and Engineering Peer Review
The CS/TMI team, acting as a peer to the architect of record, will thoroughly review the construction documents. Additionally, we will provide written comments to the client at the various plan set completion intervals to assure adherence to and total compliance with the approved program and conceptual design.
Peer Review is a valuable service in projects where the mission-critical area is an important and highly visible element in the overall facility design, yet the architect and engineers of record and who specialize in designing large office or light industrial buildings do not have mission-critical design expertise.
